TAKAKI HIBINOChairman and Representative Director
Joined Dentsu in 1983. As account executive, experienced clients such as Fuji Film, NTT, Coca-Cola, McDonald’s, Mercedes Benz, Bridgestone, SEIKO and Shiseido. Promoted to Account Division Head in 2009, and then to Executive Officer in 2014.
Assigned to Global Executive Officer in 2016, spending two years based in Singapore, mainly overseeing the APAC 14 markets, supporting Japanese clients while building operational management experience.
Returned to Japan in 2018 as Senior Vice President to manage all global businesses.
Assumed the position of Dentsu Group Chief Teaming Officer following the launch of Dentsu Group Inc., the holding company in 2020.
Currently Executive Senior Advisor of Dentsu Inc. since 2022. -
GARETH MULRYANCEO and Representative Director
A British native, Gareth joined Publicis Groupe in 2005 and moved to Asia in 2007 and has lived in both Shanghai and Singapore prior to moving to Tokyo.
He has worked across many brands across the Groupe, which has given him a good spectrum of experience across all roles within the communication industry from brand to direct, TV to analytics, or creative to project management. This wealth of experience has allowed him to develop teams in media, strategy, search, content, technology infrastructure and data analytics to service their clients.
In his management role, overseeing Publicis Media Singapore he has oversaw the transformation of the business leading the business to achieve double-digit revenue growth. During this tenure, he has been instrumental in securing new business wins across APAC and has worked on Global Brands like Samsung, Mondelez, Marriott, Visa and GSK.
Prior to life in media, Gareth worked at Goldman Sachs in their Fixed Income division in London.
He has been part of the Beacon Board since 2017. He is appointed to his current position in April 2020. -
RICARDO ROCESChief Financial Officer
Ricardo began his career in New York where he worked as an accountant and auditor in new media and entertainment. He joined Masius, part of Publicis Groupe, as Business Manager in 2004, and later assumed the role of global controller of MSLGROUP in 2008. He was appointed MSLGROUP Asia CFO in 2011, based in Singapore, where helped manage the PR and Experiential agencies of Publicis Groupe. He was appointed in his current role at beacon in February 2016.

DANIEL TATSUOKAChief Talent Officer
Originally from Portugal, Daniel moved to Japan in 2005. After graduating from International Christian University (ICU), Daniel joined Google, where he spent 7 years in Ireland, Singapore, and Japan, holding positions in Sales, Communications, People Ops and Program Management. In 2018, Daniel left Google to embark on a mission to drive Japan's society forward by transforming how we work. He has since held leadership positions at Mercari, Amazon Web Services and Patagonia. In 2023, Daniel was appointed as Publicis Groupe Japan Chief Talent Officer.

ERICK ROSAChief Creative Officer
Erick Rosa was born and raised in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
His 20-year career as a creative has spanned roles with Leo Burnett in Portugal, and with JWT, FCB and Havas in Brazil. And before joining Publicis Groupe as CCO in Japan, he was the Executive Creative Director at Mullen-Lowe Singapore for four years.
Throughout his career Erick has had the privilege to work with some amazing, creative people and was very fortunate to be part of teams that have won several awards, several times. These include Cannes, D&AD, The One Show, Clio, NY ADC, El Ojo, El Sol, CCP (Portugal), CCSP (Brazil), Spikes Asia and agency of the year for two consecutive years in Singapore.
And finally, Erick has served as Cannes Direct Lions jury in 2015, Cannes Craft Lions jury in 2019 and several other award shows-- in every country and region he’s worked. -
MASAHIRO ANDOChief Strategy Officer
Andy worked for the past 25+ years in marketing/communication industry in Japan, building both Global and Japanese brands for long-term sustainable growth. He started his career on the agency side, at Daiko and then moved to the client side, taking the leadership in brand communication strategy and creative development at international organizations such as Nike, Cirque du Soleil and Coca-Cola.
Andy was appointed to his current position in October 2018. He leads the development and execution of consumer insight-based strategies for brand marketing and IMC, leveraging his hybrid experience and track record of having worked for both agency and clients. His motto is “Enjoy the Pressure.” He is committed to overcoming business challenges through his strong belief in insights and the power of creativity.

SOSUKE KOYAMAChief Transformation Officer
A Strategic Planner for over 20 years, Sosuke joined beacon as Executive Planning Director in August 2014. He spent then 18 months at Facebook where he has built a strong experience in data-driven marketing services. He joined Publicis Groupe Japan as Chief Transformation Officer to accelerate the shift of the Groupe towards digital services. He will especially focus on the new Digitas agency, that has just launched in the beginning of 2020.
He has worked in multiple countries, cultures and agencies including Japan, the United States, China and Singapore. His past clients include everything from cars, shoes, FMCG, electronics, travel, and the finance sector at agencies such as W+K, Fallon, BBH and TBWA. -
